"Fast delivery, but could use clearer instructions"
I ordered from thepureline.com and the delivery actually came faster than I expected. The package showed up within a few days and there weren’t any real issues with the shipping. The tracking updated enough for me to know where it was, though I was kind of expecting clearer instructions or more detailed updates along the way. The box was a little bent when it arrived, which is why I’m giving 4 stars, but thankfully the item inside was fine.

I ordered from Pureline Nutrition and, in my opinion, the products were okay, but I personally didn’t feel like they were worth the price. I guess I was expecting a bit more for what I paid. Once you factor in shipping and the overall cost, it just felt kind of pricey to me. Not a bad experience exactly, but I wouldn’t say it was great value either.

To be fair, this was really easy to get set up. The instructions were clear enough, and I had it installed quickly without any hassle. Can’t really complain when something just works the way it’s supposed to.

"Honestly, the filter didn’t fit right"
I ordered this replacement filter because it was listed as compatible with my fridge, but it just didn’t fit properly. I had to really shove it in, and even then it still leaked. Shipping was fine, so no issue there, but the compatibility info seems off. Frustrating overall

Our tap water used to have this weird smell, especially when I ran it cold, and it made me not want to drink it much. After using Pureline, the taste is way cleaner and I don’t really notice that odor anymore.
It’s not some Fancy upgrade or anything, but it’s been nice having water that actually tastes fresh. just a simple change that made a bigger difference than I expected.

"Decent at first, but didn’t hold up"
I got my order and, my first impression was that it felt a little flimsy for what I paid. It worked okay for the first few days, so I thought maybe I was just overthinking it, but then it started acting up. It’s not the worst product I’ve bought, but for the price, I personally expected something that felt a bit sturdier and more reliable.

"Didn’t hold up, and the policy excuse was annoying"
I really expected this to last longer, but the filter wore out way too fast and the housing actually cracked after just a few weeks. When I tried to get help, I basically got a policy explanation instead of a real solution, which was frustrating. Definitely not buying this again

I’ve been using it for a bit now and, to be fair, it hasn’t leaked yet. I was kind of expecting at least a little issue based on how these things usually go, but so far it’s holding up fine.
